Kylun Ching
Hi, my name is Kylun Ching and I am from Houston, Texas. My passion for fitness started when I was 20 and since then has been a large part of my life. I believe staying fit and healthy is an extremely important part of life and makes life more enjoyable. From work to play, I incorporate fitness in whatever I do.
In the past I was a competitive athlete for several different sport teams. Soccer has been one of my passions throughout my life and is where I learned a lot about fitness and hard work. Using my experiences I want to guide you through a tough but worthy training experience to reach your goals. I believe in hard work and never giving up and expect the same from you. The experience will not always be easy, but if you are dedicated you will succeed and be better for it.
Nutrition and fitness go hand-in-hand, and I want to give you the tools to help you build a healthy life style for yourself. Along with nutritional advice, I will bring you diverse workouts to challenge your entire body. These workouts will increase your strength, flexibility, agility, and endurance. Every exercise I will have you do I have done myself, and if I can do it, so can you!
I am a new member of the Innovative Fitness team and have enjoyed my training with them. All of the trainers are friendly, positive, and able to really motivate you to work hard. I was able to learn a lot from the different trainers. From nutrition to new exercises and even see different methods and styles used in boot camps. I’m excited to be part of such a great team and ready to help you reach your goals.
